- We have limited driver's accommodation on chargeable basis ,Please, inform us prior / at the time of booking if you required the same ( it is subject to availability).
- Kids up to 6 years are complimentary on plan in parent's room without extra bed. Child above 6 years to 12 years can stay in the same room with an extra bed as per the chosen plan rates. Child above 12 year of age is considered an adult and will be charged as per the extra adult cost.
- Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the hotel management and refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the hotel management. Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
- Cancellations made 8 or more days before check in date will incur payment getway charges.
- No shows and cancellations made 0 to 8 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking.
- In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5 - 7% as payment processing charges.
- Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
- Any refund will take at least 7 working days to process.
