I had an opportunity to stay at this hotel for full 10 days so could experience the hospitality at a length. The hotel is located centrally with quality ambiance coupled with friendly staff and comfortable amenities.

Staff and room service were very polite and helpful..quick room service and courteous staff

Enjoyed a lot especially the swimming pool. I must say this is the best resort with good rooms and swimming pool and the food of their restaurant is awesome.

Well maintained and clean rooms. Excellent room service. They provide jeep safari within the package for about 2-3hrs until sunset into the rann. Located remotely admist farming lands. A little costly but overall good experience. No hotels or shops within 4-5 km. They provide breakfast , dinner which is very tasty.

Upkeep of the property is good,staff is well trained however few team members in housekeeping department needs bit of training ..not a major concern.Would like to name few team members who are really doing amazing job Kaushar ,Ajoy,Ashish (Front desk) and Ranjana from HK.Would like special mention to Mr. Kishan the man in command inplace of General manager is doing flawless work ..he connects to every one that's the beauty in his part.Team Lords thank you for wonderfull stay !!

Hospitality of hotels is very good , location of the hotel is near Highway, staff service is very nice and behavior is very great full specially housekeeping staff is excellent( Mr. Abhijit Sarkar and Ms.Saptamiata) Room are fully cleaned & sanitized..

THE BEST RESIDENTIAL HOTEL IN SAPUTARA! Best Ambience! Helpful Staff at the Reception Counter! Clean n Cozy Rooms! BEST Restaurant having Mouth Watering, Only Vegetarian Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner! Very Tasty & Enjoyable Food! Facing exactly opposite the Saputara Lake & Boat Club! All interesting places to visit are of about walking distance from the Patang Residency such as, "Machli Ghar", "Saputara Musium", "Saputara Lake & Boat Club", "Adventure Garden". Enjoy the "Rope Way" & the "Step Garden" only a few kilometres away! Very Enjoyable Stay & Food at the Patang Residency!!

Awesome place to be there with nature and the Tent City Narmada gives a satisfactory services with detailed information about the places to visit near by. A rainy season gives a good addition to the fun and the place is neat and clean with full facilities.
