Exceptional Exceptional service . Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing .

Stayed for for my days visit, first its centrally located, easy check-in, rooms are excellent and spacious, neat and clean bathroom with 5* amenities, courteous staff (helped me in locating few shops for some snacks & savory items). Overall awesome experience will surely stay in the hotel on my next visit.

Very good food quality and quantity, fast service

We stayed at Rann Utsav - Tent City during pick December holiday season. They pick you from Bhuj railway station and drop you back as per your schedule (2 days / 1 night or 3 days / 2 night and so on). Most important point is White Runn and it's located nearby from the tent city. You may visit for Sun Set and Sun Rise. Food quality is good.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Heritage Khirasara Palace. The location was good.... tucked away from the hustle n bustle of the city. It is ideal for weddings as the main Palace boasts a huge royal banquet space with carvings n architecture fit for royalty. The manager Mr. Mansoori was especially helpful n went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant staff were simply amazing. The chef made dishes which were off the menu to accommodate us. We thank the entire team for their hospitality.

It is a scenic location with great views. The service of customers is also good. We had a really good experience there. The food quality also fantastic. Considering the covid times, the staff and hygiene is well maintained at the location.

A lovely palace with a super size bedroom and bathroom with very friendly and helpful staff especially wonderful in sorting our very early departure without any issues. The bed was very comfortable and large with so much space in the room. It is not a modern 5 star hotel and if that is what you are looking for this is not for you but we loved it for its faded colonial atmosphere and style.

Had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights and 3 days at The Grand Unity. Rooms were neat, well spaced and worth at very affordable cost. Each and every staff was well mannered and the hospitality was very good. And special thanks to Mr. Sandeep Jadav - The Manager, for his cooperation and his assistance for suggesting us the best tourist places to visit around.

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Cooperative staff and owner Found more comfortable than other stays there. Owner is well acquainted with the place so guided us to plan little excursions It was too cold then so we used to often order tea and coffee but were served with smiles

The Rann Visamo resort also know as rann visamo village stay is a community run resort/stay. It is in Hodka village. Approx 25 kms before the White Rann Tent city. The bookings are generally done directly though their own website and not available on travel portals. If you are going during the Rann mahotsav, its a decent location, however if one is living in the tent city, its ideal and you will not have to worry about commuting. The rooms were neat. people were helpful.

I had an amazing time with my friends here. Resort was clean and colourful. Food they served was delicious and home-like. Service was also great. Simply loved the place and would recommend visiting if you are in Kutch.

There are 2 precious things 1 is location second and the best is the staff, very efficient, soft spoken and friendly staff. Awesome people, must visit place.

The hospitality was exceptional

This hotel is the new one and just 2 minutes walk from temple vis-a-vis Gomti river. We can view the temple from the Hotel Rooms. Hotel has all facilities and rooms are well maintained and no complaints during my stay. Hotel management is cooperative to provide and extend all support that is required for a tourist. I rate this hotel as the best in the 100 meters distance from Dwarikadheesh Temple. An experience which I cherished with my family and recommend all to just visit once.... u feel to stay more and more....
