Location, Friendliness of the staff, food n beverages.

This is the second time that I've stayed at grand pragati. Very clean rooms and bathroom are very good. Room service are very fast. Morning breakfast is excellent. Massage chair is so good. All staff is very nice. Room rate is low in this rate they are giving very nice facilities. So helpful. I suggest this hotel 2 every one love.

Their restaurant served delicious food however I thought the waiting staff were too eager. It is located in a great area.

It has nice location nearby sardar sarovar dam, we can get peaceful weather in forest area. We can see statue of unity from there easily, there are many nearby locations for sightseeing. It has neat and clean hotel facilities too. We can see dam sight, canal view, amusement park, forest area, botanical garden and many more in a walking distance. I like to stay there forever.

One of the best resort near sasan gir. Its exactly opposite of the fern residency resort ... and only 2 km away from sasan gir natural park .. So thats perfect location. Very good property with swimming pool ( need to improve) and children’s park . Great garden with mango trees .. Restaurant is also good with great breakfast .. over all our stay at this resort was great and memorable. We will definitely come again .. Thank you for great hospitality @ resort staff.

I have booked through AB tours & Travels for my Gir Safari and i had a truely great experience. They surely knows what they are doin and must take pride in it. The entire experience was hassle free and swift. Their staff at Gir safari were punctual and tourist friendly. I was wondering in the begining why i am paying extra money, however i was proved wrong by AB tour and i am overwhelmingly satisfied. A big thanks from my family. Thanks a Lot

Nice sanctuary in Surat Great hotel for a stay in bust Surat. Food was very good, staff was great, room were spotless! They were very eager please and treated us like five star guests. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Surat.

Visited Azzaro resort as CLUB MAHINDRA member. Check in was very smooth and quick. Reception staff having smiling face with energetic attitude. HU rooms allotted to us were very spacious with all the basic amenities including DENTAL KIT,SHAVING KIT and COMB which are not provided by CLUB MAHINDRA at their own resorts. Food was tasty and restaurant staff was very attentive. House keeping was also tidy. Overall very much pleased with HOSPITALITY and want to come here again & again

Very friendly helpful and resourceful. Ididnt get to stay but food was good. They also served food with less chilly on request. They also provide car services for long distance trips.

Amidhara resort gave a wonderful service, kept up its word and whtt a beautiful jungle view from this resort. The swimming pool is amazing and do star gaze at night. We came in December and it's very chilled at night outside but warm and cozy inside. Rooms are very well maintained, beautifully decorated and comfortable with all amenities. Large bathrooms. And good balcony overlooking the jungle. Large walking areas with resort and good facilities included. Food is very tasty, especially their bajra roti with gur(jaggery) and ghee (clarified butter). All other items are freshly prepared. It's a great place for families, with kids they have pet zoo with animals and it's really hygienic. Very clean and atmosphere here is awesome. I would love to revisit here maybe in summer for the lion safari again. A must stay place for anyone who wants to be carefree about how well the hospitality is :) Thanks to Sagar and Ravi for the great service and tips for our journey!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
