The food and mocktail at (Imperial Palace) is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place and the attendant is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place

Excellent hotel. Room was spacious and posh. Nicely decorated , great lighting , crisp white sheets. Ample parking space within the hotel premises. Restaurant food was excellent.

Hospitality was quite good. The staff was very polite and service was really good. The best thing was the quality of food provided. I took breakfast and dinner and both are really delicious. Best hotel in the town.

Staff was excellent. Food spread was very good. One person travelling had a fall in the middle of the night, and the staff organized for a medical kit and a doctor the next morning. Felt totally safe.

Hi this is the first time I have stayed in this hotel I normally stay at the Seasons hotel in Rajkot I would like to say that the Hotel Ground or Immaculate the design and layout is superb I would also like to give the manager Mr Singh ok thank you for his excellent customer service skills as he made me feel very welcome and I will definitely be back thank you for the lovely stay and also I would like to say that the breakfast was very tasty and fresh if you are a foreign Traveller I would definitely recommend this hotel as you will get a real taste of Gujarat and India Mr ram uk

We had visited this place for my best friends Bachelor's Party. The moment we landed at the venue, we fell in love with the place, surroundings and nature's beauty at its very best... The service was excellent and the people, very polite & supportive. When our trip was about to end, we did not want to leave that place because our experience was simply "AWESOME.".

Beautiful resort right in the middle of the jungle. The resort is nestled within the forest. There are three room categories, we opted for Villa, rooms are large and spacious, bath is large, a bath in warm water in winters is very relaxing. Spa and gym were closed due to pandemic. Layout of the resort was good. Guests are required to park their vehicles 8-10 kms away, thereafter resort will send 4x4 jeeps to transport guests to the resort,taking a hilly adventure filled ride through the jungles. Resort is spread over 7 acres with facilities like horse riding, children's play area. Resort arranges morning nature walk and jeep Safar themselves,felt a little overpriced therefore went for the traditional jeed safari. Overall a nice experience 👍

Best hotel to stay in Surat. Rooms are clean and well equipped with all amenities. Buffet breakfast is with many varieties.
