The Hotel is located on prime location of Bhavnagar. Premises:- The cleanliness and hygiene cannot be questioned. They have maintained their standards. The rooms were clean. Staff:- Staff is very cordial and welcoming. Would like to thank Mr. Ikram and Ms.Amrit from Management and Ms.Bijo from Victoria 23 for making my stay comfortable. The services were very prompt and all the needs were taken care of. Food:- The food is appetizing.. Dinner buffer includes lot of varieties compared to any other hotels in Bhavnagar. Desserts were relished. Breakfast is recommended to be included in your package. I had a lovely stay over here .. Would surely recommend others to have their stay at this property. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.
